Food Diary

Breakfast
Hot water and lemon juice
60g smoked salmon
200g red grapes

Lunch
Half can (90g) tuna with light mayonnaise
1 egg
Raw spinach, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes
1 apple

Dinner
Half can (90g) tuna with light mayonnaise
1 egg
Sliced cucumber

Snacks
5 macadamia nuts
2 x 2tsp peanut butter
30g raisins

Supplements
Fish oil
Vit C
Vit D
Yakult Ace
Manuka honey

  2. Er, I think writing everything down makes me want to eat less haha... Also today was bad for getting hold of real food. Snacks were mid-afternoon and evening after work. Nope no chance to get to a supermarket yet...maybe at the weekend..
