Cleans were messy to begin with from so little practice recently and messy at the end due to fried brain syndrome. Decent in the middle though haha. Happy with hang cleans at 100#,as couldn't do this for a WOD a couple of months ago.

Was difficult to gage what 90% would be as 180# (calculated from previous 1RM) would have been too light. Probably could have done 5-6 reps of 207#. At least I know now. And happy I beat my previous 1RM,yay!

New Term New Year
After the first week of school am completely exhausted. Teaching nursery,kindergarten and lots of lower primary this year with a bit of secondary for good measure. The little ones are adorable and will be very rewarding classes to teach but hey demand so much energy from you. Wiped!
