Hundred pound baby.

Hang clean drills
Built up to 100# then 100# x 3 x 5

Barbell row 100#
3 x 3

Power Shrug 100#
3 x amrap

Cleans were messy to begin with from so little practice recently and messy at the end due to fried brain syndrome. Decent in the middle though haha. Happy with hang cleans at 100#,as couldn't do this for a WOD a couple of months ago.
