Still not fully recovered. Was hoping to have a go at the met con which looked fun today, but was dizzy and lightheaded so did some light strength work:

Same timing as what I used to get when I ran every day of the week, so although it could be better, it's good to see that whatever else I'm doing meant I survived after such a long break from running. The boredom, on the other hand....how on earth did I ever run a marathon?!
