First session back at CFSG - nice to sweat with ease after a month of cold workouts!

70% x 2 x 10 (speed)
160# x 2 x 10 - finally, each and every set without hook grip, yes!!!

WOD
3 rounds
In 2 minutes complete:
300m run
amrap burpees

Score: 8/7/6

Then

Supplementary Set B

Bent Over Barbell Row(81#)
2 sets amrap
OH grip - 10
UH grip - 10

Reverse Hip Extension on the GHD
2 sets 20 reps
(split into 10-10-10-10)
