Clearing one's mind

It's been a long couple of weeks and last night's baking fiasco might have been the tipping point. Four hours of sleep later,I'm amazed I could do anything,let alone PR.

One Year @ CFSG

Exactly one year has passed since I joined CFSG. So happy not only to train there,but also to be a part of the family. Roll on the next year. :)
