Reverse hyper (simulated) 3 sets

Bench Press with Juria
72# x 2 x 12 - good speed and form, need to try something heavier next week.

3 supersets
3 strict ring dips (hollow,purple band)
10 single-legged deadlifts L & R (24kg kettle bell)

GHD work - 3 sets mixed exercises front and back
