Met Con

No box squats today due to my left hip flexor being inflamed.  Gutted.  :(  LOts of rolling and stretching and a miracle from Dr Matthew would be nice.

9:18 - should have tried the 70#...

Double under practice with 6kg weighted vest
And one pullup with the vest....hahaha
