TRX workout

Wanted to go to The Box but couldn't get a taxi booked for 30mins...after which point it was too late.

TRX workout.

45secs of work, 30secs for transitions.  Roughly 40mins of work.  Covered:

squats, lunges, hamstring curls, chest press, tricep extensions, bicep curls/fly, shoulders - "I" and "T", back...followed by pushups and situps without TRX for same working time.

Everything on one leg - couldn't do that in the past!
