Paleo Challenge Lift

Warm up for 16-30.09.2011

Deadlift 1RM

170# / 194#PR / 200#F / 200#PR / 211#F / 205#F

Got so close to 205# but my knees and grip lost it,meh. Happy with 200# though,decent improvement in only a few weeks. :)
