Warm up for 01-15.09.2011
My WOD for today was to get my handstand against the wall. Not allowed to do any lifts or other workouts that other people might tempt me with and not leave the box until I did it.
So I did. Sometimes you get bored of being scared. 17 years of fear of inversion dealt with in a few minutes. Thanks are due to those who helped me "be more committed". :)
