- 100m walk with crutches (weight bearing)
- Practised walking up / down stairs (good foot steps UP first, bad foot steps DOWN first)
- Chair stretch (can exert more pressure than I have been doing)
- Foot roller (much more pressure today)
- Massage 20mins
- Ultrasound 5mins
- Magnetic machine to break down molecules and reduce inflammation 15mins
