Raw spinach and cherry tomatoes
24 peanuts

Dinner
Smoked duck breast
Fresh soursop juice

Snacks
15g raisins and 5 macadamia nuts (before Box)
200g red grapes
2 slices mango

Fish oil (there must be another way...)
Vit C
Vit D
Yakult Light
Manuka honey
