10 wall ball @ 9kg
10 ring pull (now sitting directly under pivot point)

Times and no of reps this week aren't terrible, but I feel they could be much better.  I feel like crap at the moment, like I'm under-performing on everything.  Bleh.

On the other hand, today was my last WOD with my cast on, yeah!
