Physio 1
- Muscle relaxant machine and ultrasound
- Stand with foot under hip (leg locked)
- 150m walk with crutches (non-weight bearing)
- Shown exercises 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 2, 3 and 4
- Foot roller
*Must practise exercises 1a-d, 2, 3 and 4 every day. Repeat throughout day. Should wean off crutches within two weeks. Aim is to walk with good movement and range to prevent limp / additional problems (shoulders, hips, back etc).
