Feedback

  •  Good command and control of class (warm up - mobility drill & med ball clean,1RM vs high reps practice,setting up WOD and briefing athletes on standards/ROMs/no-counts, counting down consistently during tabata sets).
  • Need to spot errors in movements and be able to correct them faster - train "coach's eye" with more practice.  Familiarise self with terminology, breakdown of lifts, typical problems and how to fix them.
  • Shorter cues!!!
