Morning Hatha yoga class (60mins). Lina said I can move up to the Hatha 2 class,as she's been wondering why I only attend the Level 1 classes. Yay!

Speed felt good,managed to settle into the box on most occasions.

60 seconds rest between sets
52/40/38/38 = 168 DUs
Practised box muscle ups afterwards with the low box.
