Warmed up with agility work,air squats and hip opening exercises.

Shared the rack with Juria,Anais and Dev.

Warm up sets
100# x 5 x 2
120# x 3 x 1

Then

151# / 162# / 171#(PR) / 182#(PR) / 190#PR / 201#PR

Back off sets
182# x 1
162# x 1
140# x 1

*Today felt really good from start to finish - winning formula,must remember!
