Strength & Yoga

Power Clean
70% x 2 x 12
100# x 2 x 6
89# x 2 x 5

Dropped the weight (despute it feeling very comfortable) to work on technique. Hips. Elbows. The two didn't quite come together today.

Bench Press
x 3 x 5 (30secs rest between sets)
61# x 3 x 5

Low weight due to wrist but better than nothing,at least I got to feel the movement.

75min Yin Yang yoga class
