Haven't jerked that weight before so not surprising. Got it high but failed to lock out.
WOD

7 pull-ups
20 walking lunges
Total: 6 rounds + 4 HSPU (35# + 2.5kg + ab mat)
Lats and shoulders felt weak and wobbly after yesterday. Need to push the bar away when I get to the top of my pull-ups, especially when tired. Too much eccentric movement going on.
