Box squats baby!

Prowlers
3 x 100m (3 x 45lb plates)

1:08 / 1:17 / 1:16

*Can't push off toes (left foot) which results in me walking the prowlers as quickly as possible, rather than sprinting.

First time thrusters, jumping pull ups, box squats and 3 plate prowlers in 3 days!  :)
