Sick. Down with flu and chest infection. Antibiotics for a week. Sulked at home in bed yesterday because I couldn't do my 1RM back squat. Boo.
Vinyasa yoga class (60mins) followed by Hatha (60mins). First class helped break the fever and second helped clear my sinuses. Did Arhda Chandra Chapasana-Sugarcane pose!
