First Dharma yoga class (90mins) followed by Yin yoga class (75mins).
Really enjoyed Dharma - pranayama exercises,followed by vinyasas/sun salutations,then poses of varying challenge levels then long meditation. Assisted head stand! Not sure to what extent my teacher was helping with the hold,will practise against a wall and see whether I can at least work on progressions. Great Yin class too,just what the hips ordered.
