Hip feels so much better than a few months back-easing the weight back on for box squats...

*penalty of 10 burpees for every incomplete round
12 rounds completed (111#,45# + 2.5kg + abmat)
Sould have gone RX but have never cleaned that weight before. Need to work on HSPU. A lot.
