Track work

@ Kallang practice track

Warm up
Agility,co-ordination and speed work with agility ladder and cones.

WOD
400m sprints x 5

1:40 / 1:47 / 1:51 / 1:53 / 1:51

Last time I did something like this was probably 12-15 years ago at school,and I would have hated it. Funny how even though I felt sick at the end I was thinking about how I want to make it a regular part if my training now. How the mindset changes over time. :)
