50m prowlers x 5 (4 plates)
18 / 21 / 29 / 38 / 44 seconds

230m sprints x 3
56 / 49 / 51 seconds

Ankle felt stiff and cold so couldn't (or was scared to) go flat out. First time doing 4 plates for 50m x 5...actually first time doing prowlers in a long time full stop. Pain.
