Active Recovery

Mini skills set:

Handstand hold
20-30-40 seconds

Strict pushups (chest to ground,hollow position,elbows turn out at the top)
6-6-6

Hollow position hold
20-20-20 seconds

SMFR - 60 minutes

Chiropractic Centre for adjustments - now achy but neck and shoulders feel much more mobile.
