Can't string 15 with 24kg kb just yet. And my DUs were particularly bad today. Not blaming my tools but it's amazing how quickly one adapts to and favours certain pieces of equipment over others. Different kb & rope and I was lost haha.

Feeling more and more awkward every time I work out at FF. Bleh. And no,funnily enough I don't need help,seeing as if that was the case I wouldn't be at the squat rack in the first place. Unless it was to check out my reflection during some bicep curls or upright rows, tard.

How's the peeps at Fusion? I actually hate the bouncing platform in the free weights. But had to make do.
ReplyDeleteIt was pretty quiet when I was there,save for Ms Poh walking by and a monkey torturing his client. Lots of new faces PT-wise..
