Goddamn double unders! Can string 10-15 on a good run but it's typically 5-10. Lose so much time. Run felt ok,just stiff after yesterday's training. Quite a combination,hence the light met con today.
Appointment with Coach's chiropractor tomorrow - nervous,how many things will he find wrong with me?!
