Bikram Yoga

Attended 10am class,same instructor.

Felt hotter today,perhaps I was standing under one of the heat ducts.. Also get the impression the programme is very strength-based. Not sure if that's what I want,as my primary goal for attending yoga classes is to increase flexibility and mobility through the joints and get the deep stretch that I feel I need and am lacking in CF.
