Sick,meh.

Warm up for 01-15.10.2011

Box Squats
50% x 2 x 12

Red bands + 74# x 2 x 8
Red bands + 85# x 2 x 4

WOD (15mins cutoff)
5,4,3,2,1 MU (10,8,6,4,2 SMU - high rings)
In between sets
15 wall ball 10/5kg
230m run

DNF - 4 rounds + 12 wall ball

So close! Crap. Couldn't run,chest felt so tight. Probably shouldn't have worked out,hope it doesn't prove to be counter-productive.

Dead hang ring pullups
1 - 2 - 1 - 1 - 1

Managed a dead hang pullup on the bar! Albeit one,haha. Shoulder felt pretty jacked after WOD and pullup practice so decided not to push my luck. Looking forward to getting started properly with the chiropractor on Thursday once my x-ray results are in. :)
