Yay! Finally back at the box and don't feel like dying. The pain and breathlessness I felt mid-WOD was just the usual,rather than what I've felt the last couple of weeks. Chest still felt a bit tight,but I guess that's to be expected after no heavy met con for a while. Woohoo!
