Did a couple of lips without the band mid-WOD,thinking it might be easier. It wasn't,haha. Fool. Underhand grip is much easier,so I guess that makes my biceps stronger than my triceps? Makes sense. Can't full clean into my first thrusters either,so bloody inefficient. Rarr!
