No escape from wall balls

WOD

50, 40, 30, 20, 10

Seated wall ball @ 5kg
Back extensions

DNF - 50-20 then 6 wall balls.

Afterwards...

Practised dumbbell rows, knees to elbows on the rings, pistols with the rings, kettlebell/chain pulls and battle chains baby woohoooo!!!  Awesomeness.
